Set in a private bay surrounded by pine forests on one side and the glistening Mediterranean on the other, Hillside Beach Club’s tranquil location makes for an exquisite Turkish getaway. Whether you’re after an active family holiday, or simply want to kick back and relax, here’s how Hillside Beach Club is bringing the luxury edge to your next break

There’s a reason Hillside is described as ‘heaven on earth’ by guests. Hillside Beach Club is surrounded by nature, with the rugged countryside nearby, and stunning, blue-flag beaches. On the Main Beach, families can enjoy watersports, beach bars, and cafés. If, on the other hand, you’re after a bit of peace and quiet, there are two adult-only beaches ‘Silent’ and ‘Serenity’; an oasis of calm, where you’re sure not to be disturbed.

At the hugely popular Kids Club, activities include dance lessons, sailing and beach volleyball, as well as evening entertainment such as movies on the beach. There’s also plenty of opportunity to have fun in the two pools, complete with waterslides.

There is not just one, but two spas at Hillside; the Balinese style SANDA Nature Spa, and the Turkish SANDA Spa. The Nature spa, which is set in the peaceful pine forest, combines modern Western treatments with traditional Eastern holistic techniques. The Turkish Spa, on the other hand, offers a Turkish Hammam as well as a sauna, Jacuzzi and snow fountain.

Hillside has three restaurants to choose from, all of which overlook the sea. The main restaurant offers buffet-style dining with an in-house ‘baby chef’ for younger guests, as well as a Wellness Lovers buffet serving cold-press juices and lactose and gluten-free options. There are also two à-la-carte restaurants; the adults-only Pasha on the Bay, serving up Mediterranean delicacies as you overlook the private bay, and Beach Bar & Restaurant, offering alfresco dining under the stars. There are also plenty of bars, where you can enjoy that much-needed sundowner.

One thing’s for certain – you won’t get bored at Hillside. There are daily free activities on offer including fitness classes, water polo, canoeing and morning yoga on the beach. Watersports are also a big draw, with sailing, scuba diving and boat tours all popular choices. Hillside is also home to Turkey’s first water-skiing and wakeboarding school, meaning that whether you’re a beginner or a more experienced skier, the school’s instructors will be on hand to help.
